Shipping Information

All our orders are sent via Australia Post, once we have sent your items there is only so much we can do.

SHIPPING TIMES We try our hardest to get your orders in the post within 3 business days but can change due to many reasons. Please keep in mind with all the postage delays we can not guarantee shipping times.

STANDARD POSTAGE is $10 Aud flat rate on all orders. This is a tracked Australia post parcel and can be followed using the tracking number emailed to you when your order is packed. 

EXPRESS POSTAGE is offered as an option at check out. Please take note selecting express postage does not mean your order will be packed and shipped that day. If your order is urgent, please contact us for more information and the possibility to rush your order. RUSH order fees may apply.

LOCAL pick up is available in Black River Townsville please contact us with your order number so this can be arranged.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES can vary greatly depending on the service selected, the destination of the parcel and the season ( eg, public holidays, Christmas etc) so please be mindful of that.
