Product Care

We want your Simply Hide Products to bring you joy for years to come. To care for your new products please follow the rules below. This will prevent any un-wear and tear related damage.

• Always store your jewellery in a clean, safe environment especially when travelling. 
• Use a soft dry cloth to clean the metal, and spray posts occasionally with ear safe disinfectant spray. 
• Never wear your jewellery in water. This will significantly shorten the life of your product
• If your Hide products get wet wipe down as quickly as possible with a dry soft cloth.
• Earrings with tassels are best kept wrapped up to avoid kinks and fraying. A
• Try storing your earrings on the earring cards provided.
• Do not use jewellery cleaners on your Simply hide Jewellery. 
• Hide Does fall out over time with wear and tear! This was once a living animal and we will not take responsibility for our products loosing hide once they have been worn.
